They are alert, eager and intelligent. A typical Kelpie will have a huge amount of energy because they are part of the herding group of dogs with natural instincts. Kelpies originated in Australia and are now around found around the globe. We received this testimonial about B’s adorable Kelpie, Helga. It seems they had noticed that Helga was slowing down from her usual, energetic self.
