Discover Grace, a 7-year-old Catahoula Leopard dog, and her journey to improved mobility. Eleanor sent us her testimonial, nand told us about how Grace needed some help with her joint issues. Grace the Catahoula Leopard dog had experienced crackly knees starting at age 5. Seeking a solution, Eleanor decided to introduce Grace to the Glyde products. The result is that Grace is very mobile and enjoying the active dog life of a #GlydeDog! Read on for her story!

The Catahoula Dog is a stunning and unique breed and includes a fascinating mix of various lineages. The Catahoula Dog breed is believed to be a mix of various breeds. Some of the breeds that are thought to have contributed to the development of the Catahoula Dog include the Native American dogs, Greyhounds, Beaucerons, Mastiffs, Bloodhounds, and possibly others. The specific combination and ratio of these breeds in the Catahoula Dog's ancestry are not precisely known. However, the result is a versatile and unique breed known for its exceptional working abilities, intelligence, and striking appearance, including its captivating coat patterns and distinct eye colors.

Beyond its aesthetic appeal, the Catahoula Dog possesses a versatile and intelligent nature, making it an exceptional working and companion dog. With its rich heritage and captivating looks, this breed embodies a harmonious fusion of diverse traits, creating a truly enchanting and visually striking canine companion.

That said, because of their size, and the variety of breeds mixed to make this one beautiful dog, the results can sometimes be problems with their joints including hips, elbows and knees. This can lead to a decrease in mobility as in arthritis in dogs. The key is protecting your dog's joints, as Eleanor did. Here's what she had to say:

"Grace is a 7-year-old Catahoula Leopard dog. From about the age of 5, she started having crackly knees so I decided to start her on the Glyde products! She finds both the powder and chews very tasty. With the help of Glyde plus j/d food, she is still very mobile and her legs do not hold her back at all. I decided to start her on these products early to allow her knees to be supported throughout her aging process."
