Vizslas are known for being an affectionate, energetic breed of dog. Vizslas have been around for centuries as elegant athletes assisting sportsman. Their popularity has increased every year. In 2012, they were at #41 of most popular breeds of dog. Today in 2019, they are now at #31 on the list. Vizslas originated in Hungary and have also been called the Hungarian Pointer.

These dogs are very active, which makes their joints age faster than other dogs. Because of this, they have a greater risk of arthritis in dogs also known as osteoarthritis (OA) or degenerative joint disease (DJD)

Here’s a resent testimonial we received about this beautiful Vizsla, Griffin. Here is what Janine said about Griffin on whey they tried Glyde® Mobility Chews and how they have a #GlydeDog now.

“My 8-year-old Hungarian Vizsla loves his Glyde Chews! He suffers from degenerative joint disease and his mobility has improved since starting Glyde 2 months ago. He is now enjoying playing with his best friend Red again and is no longer licking his sore joints as he used to.”
