“This photo is of my 3-year-old son, Mason, and his 5-month-old puppy, Digger. My husband had wanted to get our son a puppy for our son to grow up with. I came across a gentleman who had 6 hound puppies and was trying to find them good homes. The ones left were going to the animal shelter. I came home one afternoon with this very large black and tan puppy. My son immediately fell in love. He named him Digger because my husband has an excavating business, hence the name.
